Bryan used T-Track across the front of his trailer to hang his helis. Four clamps per heli for safety on the road
Bryan bought the T-Tracks and Clamps and did the entire set up while we were at a funfly!
Pretty unusual. Richard mounted T-Track to the OUTside of the Chevey Avalanche bed cover.
Room for 4 helicopter easy
I used the Skid Clamps and T-Track to mount my helicopters on the wall of my trailer.
I also added a 1x1 with a 5/8 x5/8 strip on top of it to support the skids.
Notice the strip of wood under the rear end of the skid pipes. This takes the 'hanging' load off the Clamps and lets them just keep the heli snug to the wall. VERY good practice.
Goblin 380 using STC5000
Skid Clamps for wall mounting
He's baaaack. "Still going strong after over 2000 miles on the back of the bike. No added security. Thank you."
Goblin Speed with safety skids that are 5.43 mm thick using STC6377 LP clamps. I had to cut the ridge from the bottom plate so it could work.
As a safety measure I added Velcro straps just to keep the Heli from rocking..
I got my skid clamps and build my shelf inside of my van I'm very happy how looks thank you random heli for a great product
OK, I just gotta say, this is some nice work. Really nice.
So, do heli guys just do more cool stuff, or what?
Super clean transport platform
A man has got to have his toys
So Bob FINALLY got something other than his Jag to transport his helis—a PRIUS
Bob removed the trim panels then glued and screwed a piece of aluminum to the backside of the trim panel into the block
There is a block on each side to support the platform
Voila! Super clean installation. No legs to get in the way.
