Shipping Policy
US CUSTOMERS
Currently, we offer ground and expedited USPS and UPS parcel services. Most orders placed before noon EST Monday-Friday are shipped on the same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are shipped the next business day. Shipping times range from 2-5 days. Shipping times range from 2-5 days. A specific delivery time frame is not guaranteed on any class of mail. If your order is urgent and you need it fast, please contact us.
FREIGHT FORWARDING If you have selected a freight forwarder to receive your package in the US on your behalf, Random RC is not responsible for loss or damage to your parcel once it has arrived at your freight forwarder. Please note: if your freight forwarder is located in Virginia, you will have to pay sales tax. We may require proof of photo ID and credit card by asking you to submit a scan via email or fax of those articles. SALES TAX Orders shipped to addresses within the Commonwealth of Virginia will be charged sales tax at a rate of 5.6% plus your local county tax. CUSTOMS/DUTIES/VAT/ETC. We can appreciate that you would like to save some money, but please do not ask us to mark your package as a “gift” or declare a value that is less than your actual purchase. Should an item be refused at customs, any refund issued back to the customer will exclude the actual shipping & insurance costs. And all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please check with your country’s taxing authority for any questions you may have about taxes you may have to pay. LOST PACKAGES In the event you have not received your package within a reasonable time, please contact your local post office or Customs Office. In most cases, the package may be waiting to be picked up. You can track the status of your USPS Priority Mail package at USPS.com using the Delivery Confirmation number provided in your shipment notification email or by logging into your account. It is not possible to track USPS First Class Mail packages. If it is determined that the package is lost, you will be required to sign a loss affidavit and authorize a Postal investigation on your behalf. If you have provided an incomplete, wrong address, or did not pick up your package and your package is returned to us, you will incur additional shipping fees when we resend the package to you. Please be certain that the information you provide is correct and contact us immediately if you have made an error. |
