Shipping Policy

US CUSTOMERS

Currently, we offer FREE USPS First Class Mail shipping on most orders of $49 or more. On most orders of $99 or more we offer upgraded FREE USPS Priority Mail service. *Please note that due to the size and weight of certain items (e.g. T-Track, T-Track Hardware, and Gear Jacks) we must use USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground and cannot offer free shipping. Most orders placed before noon EST Monday-Friday are shipped on the same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are shipped the next business day. Shipping times range from 2-5 days. A specific delivery time frame is not guaranteed on any class of mail. If your order is urgent and you need it fast, please contact us.


INTERNATIONAL SALES

We offer international shipping to many countries via USPS Priority Mail International Service. Based on order value we offer discounted flat rate shipping to addresses in those countries. See the table below. If you wish to make a purchase and have it shipped outside of the US and your country is not listed in the drop-down selection, please contact us via email to arrange for a shipping quotation and payment arrangements. The shipping quotation is as accurate as possible, however there may be situations where the actual shipping charge is a few dollars more or less. In these situations we will contact you to request additional funds or refund an overcharge. Typical shipping time is 6-10 business days, but delivery time is NOT guaranteed. Please note that due to a high fraud rate from the following countries, we do not ship to Nigeria, Indonesia, or Romania. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order. We may require proof of photo ID and credit card by asking you to submit a scan via email or fax of those articles.

FREIGHT FORWARDING

If you have selected a freight forwarder to receive your package in the US on your behalf, Random RC is not responsible for loss or damage to your parcel once it has arrived at your freight forwarder. Please note: if your freight forwarder is located in Virginia, you will have to pay sales tax. We may require proof of photo ID and credit card by asking you to submit a scan via email or fax of those articles.

SALES TAX

Orders shipped to addresses within the Commonwealth of Virginia will be charged sales tax at a rate of 5.6%.

CUSTOMS/DUTIES/VAT/ETC.

We can appreciate that you would like to save some money, but please do not ask us to mark your package as a “gift” or declare a value that is less than your actual purchase. Should an item be refused at customs, any refund issued back to the customer will exclude the actual shipping & insurance costs. And all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please check with your country’s taxing authority for any questions you may have about taxes you may have to pay.

LOST PACKAGES

In the event you have not received your package within a reasonable time, please contact your local post office or Customs Office. In most cases, the package may be waiting to be picked up. You can track the status of your USPS Priority Mail package at USPS.com using the Delivery Confirmation number provided in your shipment notification email or by logging into your account. It is not possible to track USPS First Class Mail packages.

If it is determined that the package is lost, you will be required to sign a loss affidavit and authorize a Postal investigation on your behalf.

If you have provided an incomplete, wrong address, or did not pick up your package and your package is returned to us, you will incur additional shipping fees when we resend the package to you. Please be certain that the information you provide is correct and contact us immediately if you have made an error.
